Problem Properties
BVTW's Problem Properties subcommittee addresses neighbor complaints about derelict properties in Bella Vista and assists sister communities in building an active anti-blight program.

Problem properties include, but are not limited to: vacant lots not maintained, vacant and abandoned properties; properties that are occupied, but have been allowed to fall into disrepair, properties that are sources of crime and illegal activities, and properties that generate noise problems.

BVTW works with City authorities, including the courts and police, to abate nuisance properties with a high degree of success.
